Something else I’ve noticed in myself and coworkers: we got covid immediately after either fasting (I did a 5 day one or cutting calories severely for “cutting phase” of body building. I’ve seen this multiple times.

Oddly, I was thinking what type of med kit to make.
When I was 21, I had to jump into the river to pull out a 2-year-old, we got sick, for a day. I have not gotten a cold or the flu since. I am now 64.
My doctor refuses to measure Insulin, but measures CPeptide instead. Can that be used to work out the HomaIR and how? Thanks
if you are not taking any insulin, then C-peptide should be the same.
Do you think dosage matters? Maybe he needed a larger dose?
