You should make a video going step by step through each one: 1) ideation 2) Scripting , etc. basically walk us through the whole process as you’re making the video you post. Including the shorts you make too. That would be very helpful.
Teppo, the link at 3:17 ;-) To create and post content consistently, we created a little "accountability group" with weekly video calls. This has been very helpful!
Iceland has been on my radar for so long. I am really not comfortable in front of camera, but I have researched and seen so much on Iceland I know what and where I want to go. Planning the any trip with more details is important because you are correct you get home and realize 🤦 what is missed.
Thank you for making this and posting it. I am a recovering victim of shoot through the whole trip and have nothing at the end. Very helpful and cheers to impending 100K subs!
I’ve gotten into batch shooting, especially with short form videos and scheduling them out. Also, scripting has helped organize my thoughts and made my filming more intentional.
So on this channel I just see reviews generally about new food items and there’s always something new so there’s always a new video and I love all the Iceland stuff it’s great to see other parts of the world
At the 06:00 minute mark, you talked about taking waaay too much footage and it slowing down the editing process…this is an issue I struggle with, especially when going to a new place to shoot a video. I end up taking too many shots that are crap, and not enough that are good/ useful in telling the story. Sooo, it would cool to see a super detailed vid of how you plan out your shots when going to a place you have never been before.
Hi Teppo! I've been struggling to post consistently so thank you for these tips. Having gotten 5 long-form videos and 13 (wow!!!) short-form videos out of one trip, how frequent do you plan to release each video? Thanks for your tips!
Good stuff. I've been thinking of trying some batch shooting. This was very useful... I'm so guilty of going on outdoor shoots and shooting way too much footage...It makes the edit so fun!
Hey ! thanks a lot for this info, organizing myself prior traveling is definitely something I need to work on. I noticed you took your DJI Mini 3 Pro instead of bigger drones to Iceland, I've got the Mini 3 Pro as well and I was wondering how it worked out with the strong winds since I'm planning to go there soon and I'm not sure how it will perform.
I ended up bringing both. The mini 3 pro did surprisingly well in strong winds u just gotta be cautious about flying away far and not being able to return against wind
Oof it's a struggle to keep consistent for us. But I really started the channel to learn how to make solid videos.... after a year I think I'm almost there. I'll get there one day but I am having fun with the process...
I’m trying to build my RUclips channel and I’m just curious, is using hashtags good? On my other channel I post gaming clips and I get views but, on this channel, doesn’t seem to get views at all. Please help 😂
Great video as always, I hit you up when I went to Iceland 2 weeks ago, but our trips were just out of sync! would love the opportunity to shoot with you in the future :)
Let me know your tips for consistent posting!
Unfortunately, i dont have any tips for posting consistently.
I try to batch alot of my content, so when I need to reset. I have at least 4-6 weeks of content already done.
Can you do a detailed view on the logistics of planning a video? I hear people say planning but what am i doing and how does equal a great video.
How to start Vlogging?
I’m facing this issue can you help on this topic

Some good points. Repurposing video clips and scripting are key for me.
Planning and scripting are always the most difficult parts for me
Honestly, consistent posting is what I struggle with the most, not consistently shooting stuff I'm happy with. Can't wait for your editing video too!
Thanks Henry!
Thanks for the tips :D Would love to see you create a more in depth video on how you decide on the shot list based on one of your ideas :)
