A great Ebay purchase . This vintage kit looks very cool . Only one wrong thing : the craft scale is sadly not the one of the figures ! Nice review anyway .
Amazing---I didn't know Marx was still producing things at that late date. It'll be interesting to see what this set looks like all set up! Marx didn't cover the Vietnam War, probably because it was so controversial and disliked. Desert Storm? Another questionable war in my opinion---most of them are in the modern age. But anyway I'll be curious to see this set all laid out.
Desert Storm Vet here: Never seen this before, be a nice thing to have around. BTW, the day I viewed this on RUclips, is the anniversary of the day the war started. Coincidence?
The Miami Marx operation in the 1990s made two versions, ground and air. These sets were not very well received because the owner used a lot of MPC items to comprise a good portion of the contents. There were enough pieces in both sets to make it worth purchasing when they went on final sale.
Marx ended 1982 same year the owner Louis Marx died. He sold it to Quaker-Oats in 1972 for 54 million. This set is nothing like the battleground sets that Marx sold form the 50', 60's 70's . Quaker-Oats made Marx sets till early 80's then went into bankruptcy.

Ничего не видно. Надо достать фигурки из пакетов. И тогда видео станет действительно крутым.
You got hosed. This set isn't MARX. It was put together using modern recasts from various places as well as hong kong made crap.
