Hello to my amazing community, I do hope you enjoy this adventure that CBK and I had earlier in the year. I am currently having some family time - there may be less than the usual amount of videos, comment replies etc over the next few weeks. Please take care of one another, and I'll catch you on my next adventure. :)
Nice going Mish. Always great to be out detecting with you. Some nice stuff came up for you. Halfpenny was a ripper and that buckle topped it off beautifully. Until the next time, take care mate 👍😁
Great finds Mish and I enjoyed your comment also! Yes, we all have to take a vacation from time to time and I do pray you and your family have a wonderful time and I do look forward to many more cheerful videos to come. You always make me smile and laugh with every giggle!!!! Thanks Mish
Hi Mish, nice to see you out there with others. It turned out to be not a bad hunt at all. Great job. Keep warm out there. Take care and stay safe till next time. ❤❤❤
The coin and the buckle were lovely find, and it's always good to see the shenanigans between yourself and CBK, of which I'm sure he is the ring-leader 🤔🤣
If you're ever wondering why I'm not publishing videos, check out the 'community' tab on my channel page, or my Facebook page - I had to head offline for a few weeks to deal with family matters, but am slowly making my way back :) Cheers mate.
Another fun adventure with the bush coffee kid, that penny was in great condition for the age and I've never seen a lead coin before, really interesting. Look forward to your next video Mish 👍
That was my kind of hunt! Love the old properties with relics and old coins! The lead disc thing is probably a weight for an apothecary scale. They turn up around old farms here in the US now and then.
Glad you got that identity crisis sorted out, I just cant see you growing a beard in a hurry! That was a beautiful half penny, if only they all came out that good! I watched this last night, but had a busy day, and was to tired to write a comment, so im back again reviewing, I think detecting with you two would be most enjoyable, And those puns were dam funny! Im not sure, but i think the buckle with the roller is a later version early to mid 1900s. but dont quote me on that! The little cup or jug seems a bit ornate for a child's toy especially with gold gilt on it! shame theres no makers mark on it, very interesting piece! dont know what the find at 17.20 is but i i love anything with scroll work on it! same with the lead disk! And that horse buckle was brilliant! and a great button to finish off with, Id be be happy with a hunt like that, Thanks Mish, all the best, Cheers!
Great hunt Mish. I'm certain I'm not correct but that lead coin object looks like some of the Roman tokens I've seen. Don't get too excited though, could be just junk😅
Hi, how does the Legend compete against the XP Deus 2? I know the Deus 2 it is a better machine but is it double the money better? I want to get the Legend pro pack but I'm concerned that I will be missing targets. I don't really care about the wireless capabilities of the Deus 2 or the waterproof rating of 20m and to be honest the Deus 2 is is outside my budget range but if I wait I can get it. Any thoughts?
Honestly, we don't know what we miss because we don't hear it - so I have no idea what I miss with each machine! The D2 will pick individual targets out a little better in dense areas, and it is light as a feather compared even to the Legend - but as you say, twice-the-price better is a bit of a stretch. I don't feel like I'm missing out when I take the Legend on the beach instead of the Deus, but I could definitely swing the Deus for longer. Also, weight aside, the next biggest difference is the learning curve - you'll master the Legend a lot faster. The Deus 2 is great in the hands of someone who wants to spend months working out the nuances, but not everyone has that patience. :) I hope that helps - sorry for the delayed reply!
GETTING OFFICIALLY CONCERNED... I always worry about you going off alone (although I do it all the time). You're not required to video or report to us, but it's a bit worrisome when you break your routine.... You're in my prayers daily, but do I need to put some extra gusto into them? ❤❤
Hi Tana, I pinned a comment at the top of the comments list on this video, I am away dealing with some pretty heavy family matters at the moment so I needed to step back for a little while. I am OK, and will return, but will need some time away from the screens in the interim. Thank you for your concern though, I appreciate you 😊❤️
@@DirtFishMish Relieved and embarrassed. I didn't catch on to the timeframe. Thank you for taking the time to reply. ... As always, God bless you and yours, Mish. ♥️
Aren’t you ever afraid of coming across snakes? Or other wild beasts? After all, doesn’t Australia have ten of the world’s most poisonous snakes, and critters like Tasmanian devils, huge spiders, and dingos? Just wondering. I’d be terrified. (PS I’m a New Englander)
Sorry for the delayed response - yes, we have all of those things, but half of those don't exist in my state. I'm too south for crocodiles, too north for Tassie devils and there's no dingoes in my immediate regions. The snakes are generally shy and prefer not to engage with humans unless we upset them directly. Cheers!
@@DirtFishMish thanks Mish, I'm sure that getting out for a swing will do you wonders... Take care and I look forward to seeing more of your videos 💕👍🤓✌️
Equinox 800 Metal Detector I took it very hard sister I want gold objects and silver objects to swing It would be better if you lead in any more sister give me some reply I worked very hard Equinox 800 Metal Detector Took it but I have not found any valuables so far I want to sell gold and silver what should be the setting for this please explain me a little sister🙏🤲 Amen
This is not a 'get rich quick' hobby, it takes time and patience, and you will always dig trash if you are trying to find treasure. Gold jewellery will only be found if someone lost it there in the first place. Cheers!
Thank you so much and I am sorry for the delayed gratitude, I had to go offline for a few weeks to deal with some family matters. Have an awesome week :)

Enjoy your vacation. This represents what metal detecting is like. We don't always find treasure. Good day though.
Hey there, nice hunt!😊 enjoy your family time. See you soon
Hi Mish,
Dam, CBK really nailed it!!!
That 1800’s coin was stunning. Tough ground but that’s why you stick with it, some really nice pieces there. Well done

great little hunt well done
Hey there Mish, nice little hunt with a kindred spirit.
Enjoyed the vid, till next time, cheers and Happy Hunting

Love this channel😊 I think mystery find #2 is a turn knob for a older model car radio or instrument panel knob
Glad you're enjoying it, and sorry for the delayed reply! Oooh, nice guess. Cheers for that :)
Hi Mish, nice to see more of your posts :-) Was the metal object a 7.55 ish strong enough to maybe part of a ladies purse?🤔
That was my kind of hunt! Love the old properties with relics and old coins!
The lead disc thing is probably a weight for an apothecary scale. They turn up around old farms here in the US now and then.
I think you're right. Certainly a quirky piece, I kept it for the cabinet for sure.
Excellent Buckle Mish. I haven't seen that particular design before.
Pretty unique, hey! I wish I could've found the other half.

Great stuff Mish
I enjoyed your hunt.
I Mish m yname is Paul I'm from the United States. I love watching new show.
And I Wes you have a blessed day.
top show Mish!
Love the finds. I watch the Scottish Detectorist and he finds a lot of lead tokens. Wonder if that lead thing is a game piece or something?
Best bet is an apothecary/scale weight! Sorry for the delayed response :)
Did you get any more information on the led, hammered coin ?
No further info Gerard, best guess is a homemade apothecary weight or similar!
Great hunt Mish.
I'm certain I'm not correct but that lead coin object looks like some of the Roman tokens I've seen.
Don't get too excited though, could be just junk😅
Likely a scale weight / apothecary weight :)
Might be out of the top of a flute - a cork would have been around the tube
Your in button land ! 😅😂
Nice belt buckle
10:09 beautiful coin

So just how cold was it, it is 103 degrees here in Texas
By your scale, somewhere in the 50's. The air gets very still in this region which makes for some very cold mornings!
@@DirtFishMish I received an email saying I won a detector for commenting, I am assuming this is a scam, or am I wrong?
@@Metal-Detecting-Texas 100% a scam. Sorry 😞
No worries.
Mystery item at about 17 minutes is a bottle stopper
