A taller van would save him time but the van would cost more which would probably cost a customer a bit more for the same service. And probably outfitted the van for tighter areas in town and maybe parking decks.
@@gregorypineda9981 in a high top van you dont need a machine like this all you need is a chinese tire changer and a good compressor with a power inverted on a high top sprinter or transit
Hi, as written in the user manual: As far as possible, position the vehicle in a flat area, avoiding positioning the machines close to pavements, elevations, holes, ditches or any other obstacle which may limit the use of the machines and generate dangers for the operator. The tire changer can be positioned on different types of floors (tiles, concrete, asphalt, etc.) as long as it is compact, to avoid the machine breaking down, and possibly flat to make the machine rest on the ground stable.

Dear friends we’re well aware that this is not the best way to work, but in our opinion it’s a very good compromise for this kind of service. This is the future of the on-the-raod service. Of course any of your suggestion is really appreciated to improve as much as we can.

Great setup!! I just had mobile service done on my vehicle to change over my winter tires to summer. Was able to also get my summer's balanced. This type of service allowed me to not leave my office to have to wait at a shop and lose out on even more income than I would to pay for this type of service!
This is ridiculous. With my operation, I could have a flat repaired in the time it takes you guys to just get set up. Never mind that your unit is only capable to carrying FOUR tires. Are you going to return to base to re-load every time you do a job? Let's see you actually make money operating this for a couple of years, instead of just selling your equipment. I bet it's impossible.
Dear Roger, your considerations can be accepted. In certain markets, this type of service is getting more and more success as a solution to other problems, particularly on a logistic level. This is our proposal which is experiencing great interest and appreciation. We hope that in the future you too will consider it positively. Thanks for your comment, which is always useful to those working in the field
This set up is shit in so many ways... 1. Why not just get a van that can fit the machine inside? More moving parts more weight more money to set up and more parts to break. 2. The wheel spinning on the side of the van will fling dirt upside your van and who knows where else... 3. I could have done the whole job in the amount of time it took you to set up. 4. I cant imagine the god awful price tag on this piece...
Mobile Service is designed to be used also in covered parking spaces, where it’s impossible to work with a van having a tyre changer installed inside. This kind of solution is very required by different markets, mostly in Europe. Mobile Service allows to perform a full on-road service thanks to a LevaLaLeva tyre changer able to work with all types of tyre. The world of Mobile Service is growing more and more , we think it’s a very good solution. Moreover the price is really competitive.
Way over kill and its has no cover over the wheel balancing machine thats not safe,ok you can drive in to multi story car parks but thats it,there is no other advantage over high top van with equipement inside.
Thanks for your comment, in fact if you can use a bigger van and work from inside you don’t have big advantages. Certainly being able to enter smaller spaces, under car parks, for example, may in our opinion be good plus. The main advantage is to be able to invest less using a smaller van. Working from the ground using a high-tech tire changer lever less. With the our balancing we have on board we can make a transaction sufficiently fast and accurate balancing.

I wonder how long it takes and how much it cost to fully setup this compared to just getting a high top van

I feel like balancing tires mobile is a waste of time
Why?
You might want to upgrade that vans suspension. That ass end looked over loaded and sagging by 4" Not an ideal in wet conditions..

It's not a motorized wheel balancer so it doesn't need a cover.
