Jimmy first went to jail at age 16 for stealing a bicycle. He was later arrested for illegal possession of a weapon. At 18, he was charged with first degree robbery and second degree murder.

When he was beefing w 50, Jimmy was under investigation for cocaine trafficking between NYC & LA. Being he was a federal inmate the feds were always watching after his release. One of his truck drivers got pulled over & him talking led to his case. Nobody knew about the investigation until he got indicted. Which between 2006-2009 all those incidents took place. All his underlings told on him to avoid life in prison or in the case of the Lodi Mack hit the death penalty (which was a possible punishment for such cases in NY state until it was abolished in 2014). All of em even said G-Unit had some hitters in their camp, who did more damage to them in retaliation.
