I am really disappointed by how Journalists n Politicians are deviating the topic, Kyibazo inclusive. It was an advise to Mpuga to resign as Deputy as a punishmen. And not chasing him (not bamugobye). In Uganda we must learn to take consequences for our wrong doings. Otherwise impunity will not be fought. If Mpuga had accepted what had been discussed, it would be another narrative all together.
And Ssemujju, this is different situation from FDC. The story was made public even before NUP got to know it, so there was no back door discussions possible. And thats what the author must have intended. Backdoor discussion were going to be even more dengerous and for the whole opposition. But now we are discussing Mpuga n Bobi Wine.
By the way, leaving Mpuga unpunished, if M7 comes up with another package for all opposition MPs, how do u want to stop them from taking it?
All in all, the decision of the party was right. Mpuga must face some consequences and Ssemujjus must all condemn this wrong doing. Otherwise I don't see why you should be accusing M7 every day for similar cases; and thats why am even your fun. Keep consistency..

NUP's struggle is largely with the inability to consider issues critically.
Instead NUP thrives discord between people: No one should agree with anyone, except their principle. If anyone agrees with someone else, they are "working for that person". Can you kindly substantiate this statement with examples. And how does it even make logical sense? Do you personally in your daily life, work for everyone whose opinion you agree with? Or who is your colleague? So why would you think others are any different?

In this all situation friends of mpuuga in NUP are responsible especially segona. Mpuuga knows the truth but just wanted to save face. Mr. Segona legalise have limits sometimes in practical politics you need to strike abalance between what can be legal, acceptable and moral.

Hon Ssemuju, that expense is a fraud of Taxpayers money, it was never allowed by the constitution even thou it was approved by your spending authority and accounting authority. In fighting against Fraud studies and practices, that committee colluded and allocated themselves taxpayers money- a breach of fiducially duty, breach of duty of care to taxpayers, theft of employers ( ugandans tax payers) assets ( funds) and I hope the Auditor General will look into this and correct the parliament and make them account for such theft by collusion, followed by RATIONALIZING their theft ( mbu nga abalala nabo bafuna endala.. ffe tulina obuyinza okwesasula). No. This is poor Ugandan Taxpayers money zemubba. Ssemujju bino byoyogedde is just a coverup to save Mpuuga ne Ssegona naba NRM abalidde sente mu fashon eno. When this regime gets out of power all those including MPs who obtained funds knowingly that they are not supposed to, will account for your actions. Consult any Certified/ chartered Accountant of Fraud Examiner with training and experience from developed countries, they will attest to my assertion that it was a FRAUD by collusion and many members of MPs are now busy Rationalizing Fraud committed by MPs.
