- Hello Everyone, Welcome to My Channel, 'Namma Adige',quick and easy recipes in kannada, Today I'm Sharing Majjiege huli in typical Brahmin's Style, good combination with Hot rice and tastes great, quick and easy
Ingredients
curd 300gms
water 1 and half litre
Ash gourd 250gms
channa dal/kadlebele 2 Tbsp soaked for 2 hours
dhaniya 1 Tsp (corriander seeds)
Jeera 1 TSp
corriander leaves half fistful
salt
fresh coconut grated 2 Tbsp
Tempering
oil
mustard
hing
red chillies dried
curry leaves
