    Beef Teriyaki
    Ingredients:
    400g sliced beef
    2 tbsp maizena / cornstarch
    Teriyaki sauce ingredients:
    2 garlic
    2 cm ginger
    60ml soy sauce
    150 ml chicken stock (I used ¼ chicken stock cube + 150 ml hot water)
    1.5 tbsp sugar
    Method:
    Mix all the sauce ingredients, then set aside
    Grate the garlic and ginger, then squeeze the ginger (use the juice)
    Sliced beef (or you can buy ready-made sliced beef)
    Thin the beef by pounding it gently
    Mix the cornstarch into the beef evenly
    Add 2 tablespoons of sauce to the meat, and spread evenly
    Marinate the meat for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
    Strain the teriyaki sauce, let it boil then cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, set aside
    Heat a little oil in a frying pan, fry the meat until cooked (approximately 10 minutes)
    Arrange on plates, drizzle with teriyaki sauce
    Beef teriyaki is ready to be served
    Beef Teriyaki
    Bahan-bahan:
    400g daging sapi
    2 sdm maizena
    Bahan saus teriyaki:
    2 bawang putih
    2 cm jahe
    60ml kecap asin
    150 ml kaldu ayam (saya memakai ¼ kaldu ayam cube + 150 ml air panas)
    1.5 sdm gula
    Cara:
    Campur semua bahan saus, lalu sisihkan
    Parut bawang putih dan jahe, lalu peras jahe
    Iris daging sapi (atau bisa beli daging sapi iris siap pakai)
    Tipiskan daging sapi dg cara dipukul2 pelan
    Campur maizena ke daging sapi dengan merata
    Tambahkan 2 sdm saus ke daging, dan ratakan
    Marinasi daging selama 30 menit didalam kulkas
    Saring saus teriyaki, lalu anaskan saus teriyaki sampai mendidih, lalu masak dg api sedang 2 menit, sisihkan
    Panaskan sedikit minyak di wajan, goreng daging sampai matang (kira kira 10 menit)
    Tata di piring, siramkan saus teriyaki
    Beef teriyaki siap disajikan
