So I filed my first VA claim 14 months ago for ptsd , migraine ect …. I have been receiving treatment for almost 10 years for these on my own nickel & haven’t been able to work . They finally called me to schedule a C&P in Feb but I was in the hospital & told them . Now they say that I don’t need a C&P they will go off my records I turned in . Is this normal????
