I almost cried when he tore up the fabric, but it's the name of science and importance.
Keep up the good work. And it gets me going to buy new banks, which Im a pretty huge fan of.

I bought it recently and I found it was completely discharged. So I tried to charge it in full. Anker 65W Could charge it in a few hours. It started with flashing all 4 lights and then after a while (pretty long haha) it started flashing only one - once it was charged at 25% one light flashed constantly while the second light started flashing. And until full charging.
Pretty good power bank. Of course, when I wanted to start charging my MacBook Pro first it was shown an icon for connecting to the charge but the information was "not charging". But after a while, it started charging. So far I'm glad with it ;)

Always surprised there is no low temp sensor to prevent damage.

At 3:23 you can see NTC sensor on the PCB in right bottom corner.

Hi nice teardown. A quick question though, why is this advertised online and on the packaging as having 20,000mah capacity. Yet on the base of the unit it said a figure around 10,000 ?

The battery inside is going to transform the voltage rate via a transformer. From 3-4 volts to 5-20 volts ( PD,PPS, fast charge technology). Thus, the real capacity is always a little lower than the capacity of the battery inside.

Mine did the same until I used an old Samsung 2A charger and the unit finally started charging. While it took all night to fully charge, my powerstation pro is working great.

@@srdurrett glad to hear that. I couldn’t get mine to charge using a variety of chargers, so I ended up returning it.
