Hello Most malls in Thailand close by 10 pm They even start closing as early as 9 o'clock. If you are in Patong, you have the option of a mall. But if you are thinking of Phuket City (Central Phuket) then it will be expensive for you to return to Patong from there and then go to the airport. Now it depends on you what you do.
