Adding a Signature to Google Forms

Discover how to add and collect signatures to your Google Forms using Signwell. Check out the steps below:
1. Create Form as normal
2. Make the last question of the Form a "File Upload" question and name the Question something like "Upload your Signature". Make it a required answer.
3. "Allow only specific file types" and select image files to be collected in this question
4. Select the three dots in the bottom right corner of this question and make the "Description" available
5. In that "Description", say something like "Please use www.signwell.c... to capture and save your signature. When finished, please upload the image below."

I'm a student teacher who is trying to do permission slips online to avoid the hassle of paper. I tried Boloforms, but they only allow 5 signatures, then you have to pay $39 bucks just to store more! Thank you for saving me money and for such an easy-to-follow video! Def saved me!

I simply let my clients sign on a blank paper,take a photo of it, upload :)
