I am a side sleeper - my hips get sore during night causing me to flip over and over . Its a 6 month old top of the line Tempurpedic topper - I want to make a change!!
Do you advise making a change? Is it a 3 inch or 2 inch?
Of Tobias.... I don't know anything about the mattress topper that you have but this my pillow is three inches. My husband was having problems with his hips while trying to sleep. One night it was so bad that he asked me, in the middle of the night, to just go ahead and order this thing! I too wasn't happy with our old mattress. It had lost its nice support due to years of use. This mattress topper made the difference for us. We absolutely DO love it. Also, my husband found that sleeping on his side, a comfortable sized pillow between his knees/thighs, helped some too. But the biggest difference was in getting this my pillow topper. There should be a warranty for the topper, so you might want to consider it! Good luck to you! And maybe get a check up with your doctor if all else fails.

Yes yes and yes! It has made a big difference!
is it still holding up this is 2023 also do you flip it
I apologize for the delayed response, I just noticed your question. We don't flip it over because the bottom of the topper isnt smooth like the top. I have turned it around clockwise so that the head area is now where the feet were. I didn't need to twist it around but did so when I turned the mattress around.
....and yes it is still holding up 🙂
Is it 2 or 3 inch model?
It is the 3 inch but it looks thicker than three. It really has made a difference in our life to have one.

Is the three inch? I bought the three inch and slept on it last night for the first time and had the worst sleep of my life. Woke up with terrible shoulder and upper back pain. Why?!
It is the 3 inch. I have no idea why you are having problems with it. Maybe you should call their customer service and ask why and what you should do. I am not compensated for my opinion so this is a real review. Our original mattress was waking us up night and causing us lower back pain and hip pain. It was very old. We were at the point of buying a new mattress or trying this my pillow topper. I figured that if the mattress topper didn't work out we could always return it or maybe use it for camping should we ever start back camping. I didn't realize how much we would come to love the mattress topper. We awoke without the pains caused from our old mattress, before the my pillow topper. I don't know what shape your original mattress is in but for us our mattress either needed to be replaced or try the my pillow topper. I have heard a few horror stories of people buying new mattresses for thousands and extremely disappointed in them so I was relived that this topper worked for us. All my husband and I could think of was the what if we got a new mattress that was a real dud and we were out a few thousand dollars? So getting this is one of the best purchasing decisions we have made. Everyone is different but if you bought this brand new, I would reach out to their customer service from the problems you say it is causing you. If something gave me or my spouse pain we wouldn't want to use it again. Hopefully the company cares about their reputation and making customers happy.
