  • www.kadampafest... These statues were made at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre in England by Kadampa artists under the direction of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. They were unveiled on the empowering shrine before Geshe Kelsang granted the empowerment of Dorje Shugden at the New Kadampa Tradition Summer Festival in 2009. More than 5,000 people attended the festival.

Great to see so many people in the UK celebrating the holy Lama Tsongkhapa, and nice offerings in front of the Protector. The Dharma centre looks so clean and modern and has such beautiful statues. They must love Tsongkhapa so very much.

Dorje Shugden looks very peaceful in these images. Very suitable to the peace temple, i guess. i like all the colours - so bright and cheerful. I remember someone saying that they make the statues in house. Very talented if they do!

Dharmadolly - these are beautiful. if you're ever in the UK, go visit the centre in Ulverston. It's a bit far from London but it's worth the drive. Very cool. I hope there will be many temples of Dorje Shugden and his emanations in future!
