This is likely a silly question, but your video kinda skipped the part I wanted to see. My tension spring popped off of a new to me bzt2250. The belts appear to be in good shape. Just wondered if there is any trick to reinstalling the spring. Wasn't sure if anything needed to be loosened prior? Or just a straight up swap out and muscle

My trick was using a big pair of needle nose pliers and some muscle. Seemed to work the best for me

Just bought a new spindle and pulley and don’t see a key , the other pulley and spindle are seized together, is the key sold separately?

Yes I had to reuse the old key ways. It should be a small square metal piece around the center of the spindle if I remember correctly. One came apart easily and the other I had to unbolt the whole spindle from underneath and I used a jack to dislodge the spindle from the deck. Once on the bench I got it apart tho

McGo101 thanks, had to do the same with a jack and then beat the pulley off upside down. Luckily the key came out intact. Thanks for the video, helped a lot!
