because "thou shalt not kills" refers to innocent not guilty. Also, Catholic church is corrupt to the core, that explains "...having sex and the gay community is celebrated,"
I agree with what the other girl said about being shy. Once I was in 7-11 and a guy was buying condoms and the staff were smirking and giggling which is really disrespectful and unprofessional of them. I felt bad for the guy.
Xynic omg why do they have to do that! Very disrespectful indeed. The guy bought protection not only for himself but also for his partner. I guess when it comes to topics like sex ed and other similar ones it is still considered taboo here in our country.
That's the very reason why some don't buy at all, some guys or maybe even girls are already being shy getting one and doing that just makes them feel ashamed about it. Those staff really needs to be trained to act professionally, more respectful and do a proper customer service. Who cares what they buy, that's their thing.
We have it so you can buy it directly from a machine by yourself with ID. The trick is also that you can buy cigarettes from the machine and it's relatively private so no one will really know if you either bought cigarettes or condoms, making it less invasive.
The younger generation in the Philippines seem to be well educated and well aware of it's country's overall problems. Hopefully this helps the Philippines grow as a country, economically and politically!
I know how she feels. We had many years presidents who was supposed to represent but they kept saying ridiculous statements. At that moment you don't what you should laugh or cry.
Felipe Duterte did a dirty joke but dont worry the temporary restraining order on contraceptives set by the Supreme Court three years ago was removed under Duterte’s term. This should help lower hiv incidences. This allows for the full implementation of the reproductive health law.
I am Catholic from Europe and truth is our parish organized many lectures on this topic for young people. They are aware of sexual life of young people and want to keep them well educated.
Difference between Philippines and Europe is that Europe has been a melting pot of different liberal lines of thought. Philippines has not reached that point yet.
おやじちび These public schools hold mass and allow nuns to teach without consulting the students (our muslim classmate had to stay because the teacher would'nt even let her out).
What we need is a good sex ed curriculum. Elders think that if sex ed is taught, kids would more likely want to have sex lol but actually sex ed is needed so things like these can be prevented. Parents should also take it upon themselves to lecture their kids about sex. This country is so conservative that it hinders itself to progress.
Dale Flores Exactly. Our country cannot move forward if topics and issues like this are considered taboo. The right education is a very important tool in reaching the public.
It's interesting that they interviewed students from the University of the Philippines. Though I really want to see responses from students of La Salle, Ateneo, or UST.
The Philippines economy is getting better than before. They also have very good medical science and hospital services there. I think one day HIV epidemic in the Philippines will not be an issue if their government spend more money helping more people with that problem.
I thing the biggest problem here is poverty. People without money can not afford protection and many people in need for money doing illegal prostitution. The government can of course do many things but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be their main concern.
Another thing thats a problem i think would be the church: they interfere a lot with politics. The government has already tried to release and promote projects for sex ed, but sometimes the church keeps on pushing. I myself am an active christian and a member of the church but some people just go way to far 😒
It is free to get a checkup if someone has HIV, and if they do have it, their medications are free as well. It's just that the public is not aware. Also, the govt should give focus on educating the public about reproductive health.
Good topic choice! Hoping for more Filipino videos. I think it would be nice if they ask Filipinos about spratly and china. Or how do they feel about the statement that Filipino can survive with 10,000 pesos per month.
Philippines is the highest because it is the most transparent and accurate with reporting HIV in asia. I am sure that if other countries in Asia allow better and easy access to HIV testing in addition to openly publishing their statistics, the results will be much different.
JAYJAYLAZ Thailand is also transparent. When I went there, it was obvious that they gave a lot of effort regarding safe sex and sex education in general. And that being the sex capital of SEA. So you can't say it's a transparency issue. If anything, Filipinos are more prone to hide it because of the taboo.
HIV/AIDS infection in the Philippines might be low but growing. The current incidence of HIV/AIDS in the country remains under 0.1% of the total population in 2015. The Philippines has one of the lowest rates of infection, yet has one of the fastest growing number of cases worldwide. The Philippines is one of seven countries with growth in number of cases of over 25%, from 2001 to 2009.
JAYJAYLAZ: You got it wrong. In total numbers of people with HIV/AIDS, Thailand is no. 1. However, in terms of new HIV cases, PH is on top but the number is not that big.
HIV in the Philippines is a sickness of Gay people....Most of the rise came from Gay relations.... Man and Woman relations have low HIV rate because circumcision lessens the rate of HIV infection...
I think part of the problem, is that Filipino's have all these repressed sexual feelings, due to the Catholic influence in the country, which makes it difficult for them to discuss the topic in a constructive and practical manner. However, this doesn't mean that the sex isn't taking place, it just means that people end up being sneaky about it and the activity isn't being handled properly.
@@MrDraculadave Parang just now mo lang nalaman? Almost all of those interviewed said that sex is a taboo topic in the Philippines, so I especially apprecite their willingness to share. I am Catholic myself, and I believe that this ignorance and resistance is our problem. This problem stems from the negative impact of Catholicism's policy and teaching on contraception and turning a blind eye to the realities of sexual health. Of course, the government can certainly take a more active role, but I place the responsibility of reform more on the shoulders of the Catholic Church. As Catholics, we cannot say that we are "pro-life" if we turn a blind eye to the quality of human life at every stage. Sadly, it's a long shot that the Church will change anytime soon, but as a member, I will do whatever I can to effect some kind of change from within. Hopefully, there are fellow Catholics in the Philippines - perhaps in the younger generations? - who will do the same. Sigh.
This is out of the topic but can you also do an interview about "What Filipinos think about those islands/land that has been claimed by other countries?" (e.g Spratlys Island/West Philippine Sea)
You should try the same question in a different location. Since you interviewed students from the university of the philippines they would have a more educated and open view on this subject. To really know the general public sentiments try doing it in a mall, park or even an mrt station.
Cy Per lol It's Filipino based on Tagalog. If you wanna learn Tagalog you will only use the original tagalog words not with Spanish which is difficult to speak. lol
Dapat maginvest sa proper sex education, dapat may follow-up din if ginagawa ba or tama ba yung application ng sex ed. We have to be open to these topics.
When it comes to all the issues that the Philippines is facing right now, my heart is just breaking in every front. I feel helpless as a Filipino, and I feel hopeless about my country...
The Philippines already has a law about the separation of church and state....but the question is Does the government and church already been separated or are they just shrugging off the law and don't even think that it exist???
It seems to me that your videos are all in Manila and with educated Filipinos. I would like to see a more representative cross section of the Philippines interviewed. But I still love your programming. Great job guys!
Nice Try the language is not similar. It's just that many Filipinos express them well in mixed language. Besides, English has been the medium of instruction for most subjects that are taught in schools.
Fastest growing HIV infection rate in SEA (mainly because of men who have sex with men (highest incidence) but NOT the country with the highest number of HIV cases in SEA! No. of AIDS cases here is not comparable to Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar!
Interviewer skill level 1.5/10 Seriously, find a new one. One that is: 1. Able to stay genuinely interested. 2. Consistent with his/her questions. 3. Makes the interview a conversation, not an examination. 4. NOT LIKE THIS DUDE ^
I think the interviewer uploaded a RUclips video on how he got to become an Asian Boss interviewer. According to the vid, there were a lot of people who applied and only a few who were accepted, including the guy on this vid right now.
HIV increases is not uncommon in conservative cultures. Mainly because conservative cultures tend to oppose proper sex education in schools, and also oppose contraceptives. So it's no wonder at all that HIV infection rates increase with such a cultural backdrop.
The President should be careful in what he is saying because most of the Filipino will considered it a right thing. Instead of saying that, He should propose something that will help lessening the number of HIV carrier in my country.
I found a couple articles by chance when I was writing my paper on the immunology and treatment of HIV about a year ago, but it wasn't the focus of my paper so I didn't save them, but it was an interesting side read. I'm sure a google scholar search would result in a couple papers, but the ones I found were via my university's online library. Either way, I expected the opposite result for a developing country since the resources are there for them.
Wut? haha. I like Japan, and it's one of the countries I'd love to visit at some point. I'm just curious to see the perspective of Japanese people on the matter, especially with Japan being pretty known for its porn industry. Is Sex ed. prominent in Japan even though it's so conservative?
I'm not surprised. Adultery and premarital sex is quite common in the Philippines. It is not unusual to find a young woman in her early 20's with kids. A lot of Filipinos are promiscuous, but they often try to be quiet about it. Since men can't divorce, they often have mistresses. Since women outnumber the men, women often think they can get and keep their boyfriend by having sex him often (Filipinas are very competitive against each other for men). Unfortunately, that usually doesn't work and the boyfriend will find a new woman who is easy until he is ready to settle down (sometimes...or he will keep having mistresses while married). I noticed the people on this video pass responsibility on the government and the schools to educate young people; but absolutely no one mentioned that sex education should primarily begin at home. Parents need to take a more active role in raising their kids. It's funny that one person mentioned Thailand. Thailand and the Philippines are internationally known for sex tourism.
Cases are concentrated among men who have sex with men, and secondarily, among female sex workers. HIV cases among men having sex with men multiplied over 10 times since 2010. HIV cases are getting younger. (wikipedia)
Don't blame those people for most of them it is fascinating because because they didn't see it before. At least they are more curious about Philippinos which is good thing.
First of all, I am not a medical/social expert but these are just my opinions on how people can avoid getting STD/HIV/AIDS based from the facts that I know. Also, I am not discriminating/condemning against some people on my opinions. Also, people need to LEARN how sex works before they actually engage in it so that they will be aware of the consequences. If I am not mistaken, sex education is already being taught in high school - it should not be shamed or ridiculed. Parents should also provide sound information on their children at the right age about sex. For heterosexual folks practicing vaginal sex, be faithful to only one partner. As simple as that. If you wish to avoid pregnancy, use contraceptives the right way. We are already living in an era where artificial contraceptives are readily available. There are natural methods as well such as withdrawal and rhythm method, again, you just need to use them the right way and what works for you and your partner. For folks practicing anal sex, acknowledge the fact that that activity is high risk and learn the methods to avoid getting the negative consequences of that activity. If you are not monogamous and intentionally engages in multiple sex partners, practices casual sex or involved in the sex industry, acknowledge that it is also a high risk scenario for your health and have the initiatives to learn the methods to prevent transmission of diseases. It's to save yourself and your partners as well.
Goddamn every single comment section with Filipino videos from Asian Boss is just people commenting on the language with nothing to say about the substance in the videos. It's quite obvious from the video that a national campaign concerning HIV/sex education needs to start in The Philippines.
I asked my Filipino mom whether she knew that the PH had the highest increasing rate for HIV, and she was surprised. She relayed the fact that getting income is very hard compared to the US (where I was born and raised and she a native to the PH). After 40, it becomes hard to get a job depending on the area, and it’s rare for a disabled person to be hired. Truly, it’s sad to see how my home country has come to be...
All are smart and give me hope. the guy in white t shirt made some valid points that need to be shown to the authorities, the government and the president. It's encouraging the youth are so smart open minded and well informed. They will change the country
I'm Filipino, and with us it is very common to mix English and Filipino in one sentence. When I watch RUclips videos of Filipino's being interviewed, a lot of foreigners comment on how we can speak English, Filipino and Spanish words in one sentences and how it looks so natural for us to mix them. The thing is, we learn both Filipino and English at school starting in kindergarten. With English, you speak it fully when you have to, like in formal setting, school setting, but with everyday conversations, there are a lot of times where there are words you can't say in Filipino because there are no direct translations, so we use the English words. Then also, some Filipino words can be too long so we just substitute the most convenient English word. It's not accidental for us but rather it's the norm to speak with mixed Filipino and English. It's not that easy to speak in pure Filipino in long conversations. We might stumble on trying to find or remember Filipino words seldom used. It's even harder to speak pure Tagalog which is the language that is the basis of Filipino. Although I myself don't speak in English in casual conversations. There might be English words, but the base of the sentence is in Filipino grammar. When I am speaking in English, I don't mix Filipino words, unless I forget the word or there is no English for that word. Returning to a previous info I mentioned, unlike what foreigners think on how we also speak Spanish, we don't. It's just that Spanish words have been integrated in Filipino deeply. So we're not switching to Spanish, we're still speaking Filipino. Those Spanish words heard are really the words we use to refer to certain things, because we prefer them over more native Tagalog words. The Filipino language is basically Tagalog with Spanish and English words integrated, and some from Chinese, Indian, Malay etc. Spanish words are the most because of the 300 plus years of colonization that's why those who speak Spanish think we know Spanish when they listen to interviews. Example sentences: Kuhanin mo yung towel sa loob ng banyo. Get the towel inside the bathroom. Towel is an English word and banyo is from Spanish. But the base of the sentence lies in Filipino grammar. We wouldn't speak with English as the base like Get the twalya inside the banyo. That sounds cringe, and as they call it here, conyo.
For me, contraceptives and condoms are not the answers. The government will only increase more the taxes of the filipinos just to sustain the supply of those contraceptives and condoms if rh bill is passed. It will only heighten the immorility, the lust, and premarital sex cases of the youth. Casual sex will just be more normal because they know condoms and contraceptives are just everywhere. So if you're afraid to get std, sti, or hiv, THEN WHY THE HELL YOU WOULD HAVE SEX TO SOMEONE YOU'RE NOT MARRIED TO OR ATLEAST HAVE A SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP WITH?! I think other people like me wouldn't wish to have an increase on our taxes just to support the people who just want to have sex and pleasure to anyone anytime!
Why are there two PH reporters, the girl only speaking English and the guy only speaking Filipino? Filipinos are perfectly capable of speaking English...
Topic idea: reacting to lynchings in villages around India (most recently those based on rumors of child kidnapping spread on Whatsapp; 7 people killed), why mob mentality/justice is so prevalent, what the country can do to address this issue, perhaps a tie -in with honor killings. Would be good to interview people from villages but this may put reporters at risk... Would also be good to see a panel discussing this topic, as well as poverty, regional wealth disparities, to what extent poverty and lack of education vs culture/religion vs government policy/poor policing in rural areas plays a role in these issues etc..
Kaya I'll give you the answer to that right now: religion. It's always religion. Usually it's a Muslim preacher who wants to fight 'infidels' for Pakistan or follow their book and take 'wives' from the non-Muslim population, or a reaction to that from the non-Muslim population.
I agree that religion is a factor but I don't think it's the only answer -- such problems don't seem to occur (or at least they're not widely reported) in places like Malaysia, which is predominantly Muslim. It's therefore probably a combination of interrelated factors that give rise to this mentality, and religion facilitates/exacerbates it. I think the important thing is to start a conversation with villagers and community leaders in areas where this is a problem, and have a dialogue between government/police and villagers. I would assume that if people have faith in the justice system and are better educated the incidence of vigilante justice would decrease.
Cant hiv and aids be transmited through genetics too? Like, if one of your parents have it, then there is a chance you can too, in which case it isnt your fault, right? Its not just from sex
In my country, Sweden, we are taught about sex and everything related starting when we are young. We don't learn everything at once but during the course of our 9 years in school we get to learn a lot about sex. Also condoms are free for teens and young adults up to 21 or something like that iirc. I don't know how sex ed is in school right now since it's been over 4 years since I last put my feets inside a classroom but it's probably something like this still
Not only our own government who's not taking this issue seriously but also churches in Philippines are disapproved of using contraceptives or let "sex education" be taught to public elementary and high schools (or all schools regardless kung public man o private). Take note that churches also make big influence to our society so dapat sila yung makipag tulungan sa government to protect this generation and solve issues on our society more importantly in spreading information and awareness to this sexually transmitted disease problems.
I think HIV cases are increasing here in the PH because we're lack of education about sex and also Philippines are so religious that topics involving sex are considered taboo. Filipinos are so conservative yet also liberated. So the question is - When is the change in our educational system?
Hb na sila.. pati english nya d rn nila naintidihan.." sa tgalog bakit dw kaht nag eenglish na sila dpa nya maintindihan kasi nga mix na taglish nagsasalita'
President Duterte said that not using condom ay para sa mga married couple ,hindi sa mga taong ibat iba ang nakakasex😒😒😒 , Ayusin niyo tanong niyo next time lol 😂😂😂
As a parent, the issue of my daughter feeling too embarrassed to buy condoms is worrisome, to say the least. To combat this, I decided it would be best to buy them for her. I also gave her permission to give them to her friends, & if their parents find out (& freak out), they are to refer them to me. Unfortunately, her closest friends all come from pretty religious families who won't even discuss sex let alone help their children prepare for it safely so I'm sure I'll have to deal with some salty parents sometime down the road.
For the filipino people here who hates speaking taglish or code switching between english and filipino language, come on guys it is really hard for us to speak in straight tagalog or filipino language, We dont even have a tagalog word for TOOTH PASTE.. admit it! 😡
i agree with what the guy in white shirt said that the conotative goal of using contraceptives is to prevent pregnancy but if we flip on the other side it's also to prevent the dangers of unprotected sex and how our president stated his opinion on this just gave a slap to health workers who fights for the implementation of using contraceptives so disappointed
Philippines is a conservative country. That's an ironic statement for some filipinos cause most of the filipinos have a hidden agenda but we need to open their minds on what's the reality and the important matters that need to be solve. The government should allow Sex Ed that includes the family planning. They need to know why the rich become richer and the poor become poorer. Those who have a better family planning can have less responsibilities than those who are just do it and do it. That's one of the reasons why the poor become poorer tho', a big responsibility that can break you down.
Those who are affected by HIV or AIDS are so afraid to seek help or treatment that they get worse and the bad thing iis a majority of those infected are not honest in disclosing to their sexual partners that they have it, thereby spreading the disease. Now a days people ,especially the young are getting more promiscuous , so safe sex should really be emphasized inorder to save lives. THis is very sad, to think that the is treatment as long as you get it as soon as you are sick of HIV. THe government and the schools should educate their students and the public and make treatment and testing accessible to all.
asian boss, next time if you guys would conduct another interview for another topic here in the philippines, try to explore other places or provinces around the country. most of your interviews were conducted along espana and UP wherein some of the future oligarchs are growing. try to be random like ask or interview some fish vendors nin the market, taho vendor etc.. for you to hear what kind of opinion has an ordinary filipino have.
ang mga kabataan talaga ang malalakas magkomento sa mga bagay-bagay. syempre kc nasa mga pag-aaral sila at mas malakas of spirit of expressions. marami pa sa kabataan ay kayang ipaglaban ang tama laban sa mga pagkakamali upang iwasan na ito ng iba. social issues are made by older people. youth, enjoy your youth. as long you keep respects, you can honestly tell the real issues.
The problem with Filipinos is they are too close-minded. They are not so open about new ideas especially in older generations. Younger people are doing their best to adapt to change, to accept the unknown but the older generation is strongly opposed to these changes and are still cooped up in the conservative environment they want. They are mostly blaming us millennials when in fact they were the ones who started this whole mess, the baby boomers.
The people in the video are speaking and code switching between tagalog (one of the dialects) and english. Tagalog has some spanish origins that mixed with other influence also. The philippines is a bilingual country, and its normal here
When I went to 7-Eleven to buy a condom, the cashier was starring and smirking at me. It seems like I was committing a crime my gad! So what I did, I spoke in broken English and just pretended to be Korean.
I guess people willing to be interviewed on this subject would be very unlikely to represent the apparently vast majority who seem to think that HIV is shameful because it's a sign that the person had sex.

A lot of schools in the Philippines are owned by the Catholic Church. How much do you expect them to teach about options in contraception?
Most schools here are public schools not Catholic schools

Dale Flores it likes to think it's "progressive" just because they like to parade their degeneracy around.
Dale Flores Sadly the catholic church still has power over politics and the archbishops are acting as if they're the politicians.

Philippines is the highest because it is the most transparent and accurate with reporting HIV in asia. I am sure that if other countries in Asia allow better and easy access to HIV testing in addition to openly publishing their statistics, the results will be much different.

PHils is not the highest in Asia, it is increasing prevalence due to the gay community but it's not the highest in Asia.
Guys focus on the topic not on the language 😂
I think part of the problem, is that Filipino's have all these repressed sexual feelings, due to the Catholic influence in the country, which makes it difficult for them to discuss the topic in a constructive and practical manner. However, this doesn't mean that the sex isn't taking place, it just means that people end up being sneaky about it and the activity isn't being handled properly.

To really know the general public sentiments try doing it in a mall, park or even an mrt station.
no one will want to get interviewed at an mrt station, everyone is stressed and doesn't wanna miss the train lmaooo

Dapat maginvest sa proper sex education, dapat may follow-up din if ginagawa ba or tama ba yung application ng sex ed. We have to be open to these topics.

The Philippines already has a law about the separation of church and state....but the question is
Does the government and church already been separated or are they just shrugging off the law and don't even think that it exist???
TheBlueSlimeBoy laws are mere suggestions over there. You be the judge.
Sighhhh
It's more so the church's influence is more indirect, for a lack of a better term.
It's comparable to "not required but highly encouraged situations"
Yeah....Like Muslim BBL...LOL... they say separate religion and State, but they would create a BBL LAW....now why complain about religion??
I think ang nasa law ata about the separation ng church sa state is pede makielam ang church if hindi na makatao ang issue like abortion ganon
It seems to me that your videos are all in Manila and with educated Filipinos. I would like to see a more representative cross section of the Philippines interviewed. But I still love your programming. Great job guys!
Is English some sort of official sublanguage in The Philippines or is their vocabulary just *_that_* similar to English?
I found it fascinating.
Nice Try the language is not similar. It's just that many Filipinos express them well in mixed language. Besides, English has been the medium of instruction for most subjects that are taught in schools.
Also I guess some Filipino words are too long to speak so we tend to say it in english.
Ah I see. Very insightful explanations from all of you! Thank you!
HERE WE GO AGAIN
Nice Try it can be similar to english though :) (following the subject-verb-object format)

I think the interviewer uploaded a RUclips video on how he got to become an Asian Boss interviewer. According to the vid, there were a lot of people who applied and only a few who were accepted, including the guy on this vid right now.
If he improves, great. But he's a bit so-so ATM.

HIV increases is not uncommon in conservative cultures.
Mainly because conservative cultures tend to oppose proper sex education in schools, and also oppose contraceptives.
So it's no wonder at all that HIV infection rates increase with such a cultural backdrop.
The Philippines and China have had some of the most politically and socially aware young people I have seen being interviewed on this channel
The President should be careful in what he is saying because most of the Filipino will considered it a right thing. Instead of saying that, He should propose something that will help lessening the number of HIV carrier in my country.
Could you do a similar segment with Japan?
Japan is up there in developed countries yet they too have a fairly high incidence rate for HIV cases.
what is your sources ? from all east asian country japan has the lowest rate of HIV cases but kinda similar with south korea..
Sabotager you just want to feel good about another Japan smear video.
ᄉ박예진 according to WHO, japan has the worst HIV rate among developed economies in asia, two times higher than korea or taiwan.
Good topic and increasing awareness.
Cases are concentrated among men who have sex with men, and secondarily, among female sex workers. HIV cases among men having sex with men multiplied over 10 times since 2010. HIV cases are getting younger.

ikr let us live and switch our English and Tagalog!!
You are really screwed when you look up to a politician as your role model.
Example sentences:
Kuhanin mo yung towel sa loob ng banyo.
Get the towel inside the bathroom.
Towel is an English word and banyo is from Spanish. But the base of the sentence lies in Filipino grammar.
We wouldn't speak with English as the base like
Get the twalya inside the banyo.
That sounds cringe, and as they call it here, conyo.
Excellent topic! Even the Pope made a disparaging remark concerning that Philipine people don't need to have sex like rabbits!
If given a chance I will really end the tyranny of religion in the Philippines 🇵🇭
Alirak Kara yes it does
And where do you think the parents got it from?
Take note that churches also make big influence to our society so dapat sila yung makipag tulungan sa government to protect this generation and solve issues on our society more importantly in spreading information and awareness to this sexually transmitted disease problems.
being adventurous and being open and casual doesn't matter, it's about knowing how to, and having access to regular STD testing...
kudos to the guy in the beige/white shirt and braces, he said so many good things 👏🏻
European, Australian, American tourists only come to Philippines and Thailand for one thing. They are increasing the spread of it.
Wayne Wayne same in Jamaica.. Like they come for sex and leave if they got someone pregnant or leave their diseases behind.. Its rude
Tbh Filipinos also come to the West for prostitution and human trafficking.
I think we need a diverse batch of interviewees. While they have a point, evidently they are idealistic.
The guy with braces is so on point. But the sweaty jogging girl in black is my spirit animal.
I think HIV cases are increasing here in the PH because we're lack of education about sex and also Philippines are so religious that topics involving sex are considered taboo. Filipinos are so conservative yet also liberated.
So the question is -
When is the change in our educational system?
I have huge faith in my generation 😍

As a parent, the issue of my daughter feeling too embarrassed to buy condoms is worrisome, to say the least. To combat this, I decided it would be best to buy them for her. I also gave her permission to give them to her friends, & if their parents find out (& freak out), they are to refer them to me. Unfortunately, her closest friends all come from pretty religious families who won't even discuss sex let alone help their children prepare for it safely so I'm sure I'll have to deal with some salty parents sometime down the road.

Please do What do Filipinos think about LGBTQ+?
ang mga kabataan talaga ang malalakas magkomento sa mga bagay-bagay. syempre kc nasa mga pag-aaral sila at mas malakas of spirit of expressions. marami pa sa kabataan ay kayang ipaglaban ang tama laban sa mga pagkakamali upang iwasan na ito ng iba. social issues are made by older people. youth, enjoy your youth. as long you keep respects, you can honestly tell the real issues.
What language are they speaking? It sounds like they are switching from English to Spanish to something else
The people in the video are speaking and code switching between tagalog (one of the dialects) and english. Tagalog has some spanish origins that mixed with other influence also. The philippines is a bilingual country, and its normal here
Stop giving the language attention. there are 1000 comments like this. And most of these people already know the answer.
