Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but all I see here are people, mostly men, giving each other a grim sort of hope. I think that's the real triumph of the cultural phenomenon known as Batman. Fantastic video; thanks for creating.
I read somewhere that maybe Batman is not just about fighting crime or fighting injustice but it is about fighting oneself. Fighting our own demons while they try to keep us down. That is what Batman is about. An oppotinuity to pick ourselves back up again and keep fighting, day in day out. Thank you Batman for giving us hope that everyday that we fight is a day we win. There is a Batman in all of us that is fighting with the demons of our Gotham City, our mind.

Contrary to popular opinion, I'm not, dare I say, at all, a fan of the Nolan trilogy, since I respect the source material. Having said that, this music is something that I did not know I needed in my life. I am instantly drawn into a world of focus and mental empowerment whilst listening to this compilation.
He's the GOAT. It makes me sad that there aren't any men like Bruce Wayne around. We have men of commerce, soldiers, athletes and philanthropists, but most of them narrowly specialised and neither as versatile as their potential demands, nor as deep as the latent archetypes within them. Our substitute "heroes" seem a little canned, easy, shallow; as if they don't express the full depth and range of the human condition. Bruce somehow managed to be a 'renaissance man', a man of many skills and qualities, while mustering the discipline and focus to not only embody an archetype fully-- that of the anti-hero-- but to also develop extraordinarily deep skill across a wide range of disciplines. Diversity and depth. The human being at the limit of [his] potential. Bruce Wayne: The übermensch. Our modern substitutes to Batman, the politicians, business persons and powerbrokers who run society, leave us sadly wanting. None compare to Wayne's legacy, fictional though it may be. The people above seem to generally lack the innate class of Wayne's social poise; the poetry of his speech; his physical spine and naturally commanding, yet graceful, presence; his moral fortitude and conviction; the vitality of his Spirit; and the unwavering nature of his commitment to a transcendent cause. They lack his aura and his imagination, the metaphysics of his Being, and his solemn and steady introversion and self-reflection with which he casts his deep intelligence on to the fate of the people, onto a world larger than himself whose connection to which serves to enlarge him in return. And I think Bruce was right. People do need a symbol.
I go into the streets of Los Angeles to help those who cannot help themselves. I am not a warrior. I am a guardian of sheep, a steward for peace. I listen to this to calm my mind and soul to forget and temporarily leave behind the darkness I choose to enter.
