That does suck. Prices when up in the US also with new tax on these
Hi I bought one I had it for 2 months and the batter just stopped holding charge
Are they not replying to you? When you contact them? Did you have the battery in a cold climate? It's not meant to be in below freezing for too long

We have a video showing the process on a similar panel. get into settings, Go to P08 and raise it. Super easy and we walk you through it
