Al Jureau was one of the best singers, performers, and scat men ever!! The bands that played for him are simply some of the best musicians I've had the pleasure of seeing perform. He is really missed.
Totally different compared to the studio-version, but, as you said, killer. Al was spontaneous and invented his music new every day ... every concert a new discovery. 🥰
