Rogue basically has the power to absorb the abilities, powers, memories and "life force" of those she touches. If she hold onto sb for long enough she can probably kill him or fully obtain their power like how she got cap marvel's then "miss marvel's" strength and flight and sent her in a coma. What's the problem though is that she absorbed her memories for a long time leaving her and miss marvel under an identity Also that dude is Sebastian shaw of the hellfire club and has the ability to absorb energy like bishop(and rogue).
@@SuperSquared_ disappointed, since we haven’t gotten an official reason for his firing and since he did such an amazing job. I still worry that his termination will end up overshadowing the show, or that seasons 2 and 3 will suffer for his absence, but since I have no idea why he was let go I try not to make assumptions. There’s a lot of talented people working on X-Men ‘97 and I’m thrilled that the show that introduced me to my favorite superheroes is back. Kudos on the Chris Brown joke tho, that legit cracked me up. I was listening to the video on headphones and immediately knew who you were referring to.
@nahthanksno8299 apparently, he wasn't particularly pleasant to work with, and, while clearly a good writer, apparently fostered a hostile work environment. apparently, the last straw was when he advertised his only fans, on his official page, and, apparently, kids may have commented about it.
What no one ever discusses is Magneto is a Holocaust survivor it is the last image he see's before snapping. The German's sent the Jews to their death in their camps by train..... Magneto uses the train to defend against a similar evil who wants to wipe out all "mutants" and he even says do not worry to Leech in German which he learned in the concentration camps. Yes this is like anime like adult stories and deep deep writing.....
If people who never watched the original show and don't read the comics can feel the punch, imagine what it was like for us who've known each and every one of those characters who died since forever to watch them die. Seeing Madelyne, Sean, Moira, Callisto, Marrow, Shaw, Dazzler, and others die in a matter of minutes, followed by Magneto and Gambit... let's just say it took me a little over a week for me to stop replaying this episode's events in my head.
