We have also just launched and started to distribute our ASI unit... a 2 x 4 Double Pole flush Isolator, with a 30 amp relay. The exact smarts as the ASC...easy to install at Geyser isolator points and power skirting. This way we ease up the DB space. Then coming around end March...the ASP - Smart Socket Outlet 4x4 with same smarts ..
Hi there, I have one of those old pin and wheel timers that constantly loses time and was looking to replace it with this. So did you remove your old timer in the pool DB board and stick this in? Or did you remove the "mains" switch from your pool DB board and put this in there? Appreciate the help!
Hello Justin. I’ve been looking for the original footage so I can give you an answer but I can find it as yet. It’s been so long I can recall from memory. It may have just been a generic WiFi device under other. Once found tuya cloud recognised it as a CBI device.
It does not. Uses Tuya as its cloud service. I run a Raspberry pi4 and homebridge to get it functioning as a HomeKit device. Makes turning the pool pump on and off so easy, just ask Siri.
I recently bought a new one to control my pool light. Absolutely could not get it to connect to the network. Eventually I just held down the button for 20 seconds and it started to flash blue and connected.
@@samueldudley5590I do not agree. It’s the most stable WiFi device in my house. I have 3 running. 2 for the pool and one for a geyser. I’d love to see Matter support or at least native HomeKit support
Very nice products

Could you possibly to a little tutorial on how to install it in the DB board?
Hello, unfortunately as I'm not an electrician, you would need a qualified electrician to do your install. Sorry I can't help.

Hi Craig
Wanted to find out how you connected it on the smart life app as I'm struggling to link it with the smart life app.
Thanks

Hi Craig, do you know if these switches work on Samite Db board ?
With an adapter plate they fit. Had one fitted by an electrician last week.
@@craigdavidfox Thanks bud
Hi Craig, Does the CBI astute work on the eWeLink app?
It does not. Uses Tuya as its cloud service.
