Ok somehow naruto's more anime cartoonish mouth work But nina's semi realistic anime mouth doesn't work it's like her mouth is sealed she can't talk properly all she does is close and open mouth.
If people can mod these in then there is no excuse for why bandai can't do it. They say it is expensive and i think that is a load of crap because people make these mods in their basement...

Making a Sam mod for Victor makes too much sense. It sucks to see what Bamco Nandai is doing to these content creators who have been supporting these games with their own creations. Here's hoping this vid stays up.

Nina and Kusanagi shared same Japanese VA; the late Tanaka Atsuko. Sadly she passed away.
All of these are top notch. Hands down the best ones are Raiden and Jetstream Sam. Perfect in every way.
