sir i am totally agree with you in the 3rd case. minor ke side supreme court sochti hi nhi h.
Third case me jab convicted person 20 year baad society me aayega aur victum ke family ko dekhkar murkurayega tab kya example set hoga society me .mere hisab se trail to sc me case hote hote 5,6 ho gye hoke jaldi hi wah bahar aa jayega .
Sir sat shri akal, I m totally agree with your views on minor rape case ,really mai upset ho gayi isko sunkar ho salta hai meri baat kisi ko achhi na lage no problem Supreme Court mein kayi judges ke naam par gadhe lagaye hain tavi to aise judge ment aate hain agar us judge ki beti ke sath aisa hua hota to kaya vo chhodta shame on such judges

Sir at least in rape cases and in heinous crimes we have to start setting an example and give punishment in detergent form that's why rape is increasing day by day coz we have accused originated law and we only see one side of the case what about the victim she can never come back but we have a soft side for the accused who killed innocent feeling dishearted and being a law student and seeing this type of judgment doesn't make me feel proud we failed as human and sometimes I feel the law is also failing to give justice 🥺🥺
पोर्नोग्राफी लंबे समय तक रखने का intention ये नहीं हो सकता कि वह future में शेयर करेगा , में खुद रखे रहता हूं काफी दिन तक ताकि दोबारा देख सकू , मैने कभी दिमाग में भी नहीं लाया कि किसी को शेयर भी करूं ,SC से इंटेंशन जानने का ये तरीका बहुत ही घटिया है

And ya in atleast rape case in which offence has been discovered plz atleast then this is the duty of of Supreme Court in the interest of justice atleast then give the accused a capital punishment.

Esa koyi din nahi jata ki us din kisi ka rape nahi huaa ho . Hamare court ko hard punishment Dena shuru karna hoga .😔😡😡
