Hi. The wires that connect to the steering should stay on the left side of the bike and not be passed to the right. I made the same mistake on mine and then corrected it. The steering becomes much better. Please see other vídeos from that model.

If you install the throttle yes. But it only has enough power to go electric only on flat roads.
