I’m sure if you used the thruster enough it could increase your numbers because you cover more territory, but at the same time it looked like the fish were a bit more skittish and stayed out of range. Will you use it again?
Shallow water I don’t think it’s as necessary, but it’s definitely a useful tool on the deeper spots, even if it’s just to run ground to find where the fish are stacked
Yeah, I know that area. Its near the checkerboard ledges, right? They used to be really big 8-12ft ledges but we had several hurricanes that caused them to crumble. They would hold huge schools of AJ's.
@@skullhartinteresting you say that about Checker Board because I notice the same thing. Used to have 6-8’ peaks and now can’t find them anymore. I’ve been hitting that area for 30 years and it’s definitely changed
i really enjoy your videos, i lived in the area for 10 years in my 20s. im a certified diver. this brings back some good memories.
Some cool stuff up that way. I’d like to get back up when it warms up.

What kind spearguns are you using? I can see you are loading multiple shafts.
Yep I have a shaft on top and bottom on this gun.
Nice stringer!
Thank you
lol it didn't blow! Is that one of your 3D Printed phs lol Nice shots on those snappers!
Yeah that was the 3d my buddy made. They were 223 rounds
I dive out of anclote alot. Its some good diving.
I had a really good time with it minus it being so cold when we were there. I think it was like 59°.
Jason B. Those huge stone bottom blocks on this episode seem to be somehow “placed” synthetically by the hand of ancients! Comments?
It’s just how the rock stressed and broke over time

They definitely broke apart in an interesting pattern but that’s how it works sometimes. My buddy in North Carolina has a ledge very similar in 130’

@@scottalvarez8870 For sure. Used to dive that area ...geeze...25+ years ago. Must have about 30 spots in that 3 mile area. Used to be LORAN TD's Lol
