I’m so sorry about your shoulder acting up. I have been having shots in my lower spine that did not help, big burn the nerves in January to help me be pain free for a year.
Good luck on your surgery. I hope that it helps. Back pain definitely interferes with everyday life and can easily try to steal your joy. I truly pray that you find some healing.
