Westlands is most definitely the most underrated business/residential district in Nairobi , The kind of investments being poured into this district has dwarfed that of CBD and Upperhill combined , I've seen the renders of most of the off plan projects coming up there , at 8:26 on your right is the site of a mega structure called Grosvenor residence , a 35 flr twin tower bordering the GTC , along the same lane (Westlands road) is Misty springs 28flrs 8:31 on your left, Emerald springs 32 flr twin tower at 8:59 on your right , Skyline Nairobi 30flrs , so you can imagine how Westlands road will look like after they're all complete , a mini Manhattan in the making. Another major project is the one at 14:11 , it's called 1870 Nairobi west , burrowing 38 floors into the sky , DG west 30 flrs , Diplomat residence 28flr. The future of Westlands is definitely bright , it's now up to the County Government of Nairobi to upgrade the walkways and expand the roads.

While In Westlands it's rendering after rendering...Probably too much restrictions in upper hill, offices only and most land is owned by the government there, No single mall in upper hill for people working there😢.... Where do they even go for lunch ?
Do think any authority put it there? In NBO people just pop up with such things or even vibandas and when the authority act,they play victims and blame the government;people are merely lawless and NBO needs stone-hearted governor to deal with such.

Looks good but the red soil on the sidewalks , pavements and under bridges is spoiling the beauty,I wish they would put cabros or tarmac and also remark the roads
