I also use these. Literally saved my bleheri which was turning yellow on pale. It has now exploded with new leaves and is green again. Good stuff indeed

How to insert them?? I just started my new aquarium and only have gravel. I have 3 amazonicus echinodorus plants, I already planted them... Can I just add it next to where I planted the plant?

Just smash them into smaller pieces and insert them into substrate. Also, I’d recommend you use additional substrate (dirt, aquarium soil, etc) instead of just gravel.

Did it make your water a little bit cloudy?

Not really. It's just clay and any cloudiness from the clay balls will dissipitate within minutes.

Yes, if you’re substrate is depleted and you need a source of iron for your plants.

How would you know if your substrate has depeleted@@ciaomein78

@@TheMoonValley when your plants look like they’ve stopped growing and are yellowing, it’s usually an indication that many of the nutrients in your substrate may be depleted. It can be for other reasons too (ie. lighting) so check those as well.
