Here is a 4K tour of Yale University, showing the Old Campus and areas to the north. I'm a big fan of Collegiate Gothic architecture, and Yale has plenty of those buildings--along with some interesting modern buildings. Hope you enjoy! (Filmed with a Panasonic HC-VX870K camcorder on August 1, 2017)
I wish I can see this in reality. I don't have words to describe.
I love how multicultural this school is. I’m going to have to work my butt off to go here for grad man. I already like having good grades but man I’m going to have to go ape these upcoming semesters.
How did it turn out?
@@zigguratdemetrius5984 it’s going well, I’ve been in contact with them and they are very kind.
can someone pls timestamp the Yale School of Architecture? thx☺️
Great video. I love Yale's campus. The new buildings were a good addition to an already beautiful place. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this vid! It brings back some amazing memories
Its beyond of my imagination and Thoughts .I never have seen like this. All of you are wonderful and amazing community.
Marvellous and wonderful and amazing. Nice. God had blessed your university.
Great videos, thank you very much for your hard working!!
Great University, Great Video
This would be a lot better if you knew anything about Yale.
Is there anything in particular I got incorrect? The video focuses more on imagery than information (there's always Wikipedia or the school website for that). Thanks for watching!
I like the 2 nanosecond shot of you randomly waving towards the end. That’s a signature of your videos and I hope you continue the tradition.
cool video,,,OREGON STATE,,,PLEASE.
If I'm up in that area, I would definitely consider it! Thanks for watching!
Do you give opportunities to poor person? To study in your university.
I do not work at or study at Yale, but I am quite sure they have generous financial aid packages to students who are not able to cover the cost of tuition.
yes
08:52 Why is there the eagle used by Nazi Germany, and the Swastika (inversed)?
Although many in the United States associate the swastika with Nazism, the symbol has a much older religious history than that, and has significance in Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism. I am certain that its inclusion on the library facade has nothing to do with Nazism. The Wikipedia article on the swastika is an interesting read: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika
As for the eagle, I'm not sure where it derives from, but again I highly doubt that it has anything to do with Nazism. Given the other cultural symbols in the clip, my guess is that it dates back to some ancient culture.
This looks like a prison. Princeton looked much nicer.
XPopCornX how does it look like a prison? Look like something you see in Great Britain. 😒 ain’t much difference from Princeton 🤦🏻♂️
I myself don't see the resemblance to a prison . . . unless there are a ton of collegiate gothic-styled prisons that I've never heard of :)
