I sent them 2 emails already and also tried to call them 10 times at least in the last days but no one answered or responded to my emails :)) . I will wait a couple of more days and if they don't answer I will call my bank to report this purchase as SCAM so I can get my money back. How long did you have to wait until you received the order from them ?
