@@ollnyofficial My remote is a 13 button one (in the video at start you show five. Mine is one top center). It doesn't have Timer 8 hr. It has one button top center that's says Timer and below is the word Mode. How do I set that timer mode for 8 hours? Thanks.
I have a 6639hr timer. But what is the best time to start the sequence? It would seem that the timer sequence of 6639 is useless. It would have been best to have starting at 6am 3 hrs on, morning at 9am 6 hrs off, daytime at 3pm 9 hrs on evening and finally at 12am 6 hrs off night. Therefor a 3696 hr sequence would be best.
Hi there, it's best to start the sequence at 18:00. So the lights will be on from 18:00 to 24:00, off from 24:00 to 6:00, on again from 6:00 to 9:00, off again from 9:00 to 18:00.
Hi, do you always need to use the remote to switch the lights on? For example, if the lights are on and I cut the power at the plug and then re-power the plug, will the lights come back on, or do I need the remote again?
Hi, thanks for your questions. The lights have the memory function and they will light as the last lighting mode automatically when the power is on again.
I can't find a troubleshooting guide for your lights. I have two strands, one works, one has the red light on the control box and won't turn on. Can you point me to an online manual?
Hi, there, could you show us which kind of string lights you ordered? Red light means that the timer is on and please try to turn off the timer setting by pressing the "TIME(R) OFF" button.
Hi i need help with actually unfolding the lights, do i cut the zip ties because I’m confused they’re bundled together and getting tangled up because of how they’re zip tied together
Hi there, sorry for the late reply. The zip ties can be cut because they are used to bind the lights, but you have to take care when you untie the tangled lights.
Does this work without a plug? I bought it but donno how to use it. I want to use it outside but I dont have a plug outside. How should I use it. Thank you for your help🙏
Hi again, thanks for your reply. The remote control relies on the controller to work, not the plug. As long as the distance between the controller and the remote control is within 5 meters without any obstruction, the light string can be controlled by the remote controller. Hope that will help you out.@@Universol
I order the 900LED’s String Mod.No-US:HG29v900c…The Remote come with not have a Second Row “Red,Green,Blue Color Bottons for the Timer.. So I can I set the Tmer..

The supplied remote isn't 16 button like you show. It's only 13 button. How do you set the timer for 8 hours?
Hi there, please check whether your remote control has ‘8H’ button first. If so, just press it and start the timer setting.

@@izabelakline113 Hi, thanks for your info, unfortunately, that remote control only has one timer, which defaults to 6 hours on and 18 hours off.

Hi,
Where do I need to aim the remote, to control my led lights? The plug or at the string
Hi there, When you plug in the string lights, you can align the string lights to start the remote control.
