Beyonce, if I remember correctly, 160 million. Chris Brown is missing from the list and he has sold way more albums than Usher and Justin Timberlake. The author must have dreamed of this ranking.

I think someone said the numbers were calculated using album-equivalent sales for singles, which would skew the numbers lower and should be specified that these are album-equivalent sales. Many other stats use the by-unit singles sales number to create an all-inclusive tally for all sales.
