I need one for me so bad I’m not even gonna lie. I’m a guy and literally lost everything. I lost my best friend to suicide, and 3 others to suicide as well, I lost people in Dadeville, Alabama and Goldsboro, North Carolina, almost lost my other friend over the phone when he overdosed, I almost lost my other best friend to a ladder and a rope, and literally so much more. I’ve seen photos of the shooting too, and it hurts knowing all the blood and bodies piled up on each other we people I knew, and people my friends knew. They were kids. I am a kid. I’m only 14 and I don’t know how much more I can take.
Also here’s some tips from psychologists that help make these work better when you make them:
-make it so that the voices are _loud enough_ so that you hear *_CONSISTENT_* mumbling.
-you should hear the voices, but you shouldn’t be able to consciously make out what they are saying.
-if you want the voices to be louder so that your ears are guaranteed to pick up on them, you can distort the voice a little bit so that, again, you can’t consciously make out what they are saying.
-you can add hidden text in the video as well. Think about those old books we would always checkout of the school library as a kid that was like “I-Spy.” The text could blend in with the background of a “crowded” image.
-have the music relate to the topic. If it is to help focus in the moment, choose a song with a kind of “unexpected beat.” If it’s on a topic that relates something about motivating you to exercise more, have the song sound very happy whereas this is what makes you want to get up and see the world, hence getting you a step closer to this result. (I hope this one makes sense)
-be open-minded, and try different things. Test out different simple subliminal ideas for a few weeks, and see what works to then apply it to more complex subliminales like this one. Also try out at least one of these tips 😌😂
-You have to come to terms with the fact that until we find evidence to what makes what work, you should stick with what we KNOW works. This isn’t magic.
-be totally honest with yourself. Don’t gaslight yourself haha. And no, lying to yourself won’t get you anywhere. If you are conscious of the fact that you are lying to yourself, your brain is fully conscious of the fact that it is lying to itself too lol. Some people struggle with this one because they think if they don’t think of the words saying they are lying, then they have successfully tricked themselves and their brain into thinking it’s true.
-use causes, and effects to get results. If you want to be stronger, again, you can get yourself to exercise more, and to do that, you’d probably have to also find a way to get yourself to WANT to exercise more. Another example would be if you want to be better with math. You’d have to think more logically and like a left-brained person. Use the butterfly effect to your advantage, and give it some deep thought.
