Definitely a beautiful truck. It has been mildly customized though. The wheel covers and taillights are not factory and some trim has been added from the car lines that would not have originally been available on the Big Boy. Also, Hudson did not offer the Hydramatic transmission until the 1951 model.
Wow - beyond impressive. Whitewalls and fenderskirts! The bed is too nice to put cargo in; mostly for looks anyway. An automatic trans in those days on a PUT was very rare. We'd like pix of the engine, even if not the original.
Yes it is cool. Sorry it was closed up when I caught it and I wasn't about to touch it. There are a few things that are not stock like the drivetrain. Thanks for watching.
You certainly find some wild stuff!
Thanks. I like different stuff but I also like everything.... if that makes any sence. Thanks for watching.
Stunning Hudson! 😍 Could be the only one left in existence. Love at first sight.
They're still out there but we dont see them often. Thanks for watching Dave.

Thanks Dan for the info. Thanks for watching.
So basically this is almost like the great grandfather of the El Camino
Yes you can say that only much cooler. 👍Thanks for watching.
