Siemanko. Ja kupiłem tutaj: a.aliexpress.com/_ExaO8F2 Też wpadnie do tokarki, którą sobie składam.
Hi! You mean latching the mode of the servo? I'm going to switch between modes with a bi-position switch for my lathe. I'm going to run GCodes either for speed mode or position mode - I'm not planning on mixing the modes during one CNC program. But that would be possible too I guess. In terms of ATC - I'm going to make a turret-type head for my lathe tools. It will be probably driven with use of one of the axis and one position signal. I didn't figure it out exactly yet but I've contacted the CNCDrive support and they said there is no problem to do it with a macro or something like that.
Hello! Is it possible and how to do this: You are in position mode turn 90 degrees CW, then push the button to spin in Speed mode and when release the button, motor to stop in the previous position 90 degree CW ?
For sure it is! But you'd like to do something like this beside any CNC control? I mean - for a custom purpose without a GCode program? After the spinning I think you would have to home the spindle axis again and get make an incremental move to the 90 degree CW pos. All depends on what you want to do but for sure it is possible.
@@GBWM_CNC I am using mach3 in my modified lathe and my plan is to attach a mill spindle perpendicular to the gang tool to make parts for a Turn mill. Sometimes I use manual without CNC control and button switching would be the perfect solution if I have the option to stop at the previous position or have a home button for the spindle axis directly to the servo driver. That is the best for me. King greetings :)
@@valeriradev3759 i think homing would work fine - as i show in the video it can be performed out of the cnc software. The you just move to the right position relative to home.
Hopefully it will be helpfull for somebody.
Thanks for watching!
Super, I have the same servo motor used in 0-10V under MACH3 nice to see I can use for rigid threading in step / dir . Great video as usual
Im glad you like my work :)
Can't wait to see this thing in action 😁
Same here, haha! :)
Super filmik 👍
Dzięki! :)
Happy New Year 🍾🍾🍸
Happy New Year to you too!
Very good video my friend GBWM,,good new year
Happy New Year Michel! Thank you!
Siema gdzie kupiłeś servo? - musze nabyć jakieś z zasilanym 1f w okolicach 2kw do wrzeciona tokarki cnc

feliz año nuevo ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡, preparo el mate y me ciento a ver el video🤓
¡Qué bueno escucharlo! ¡Salud! :)
Hi. Do you have a special setup for the latch? How is an automatic tool change? Any idea?

Happy new year. What model and brand is your servo motor?
Happy New Year!
It's a It's a HLTNC 130ST-M15025Z1-380V Motor and HL-T3a-H25F-RABF driver
