Many ppl do have issues with that. Some teeth gap or other variations are treated by orthodontist bcz they cause some neck pain or other health issue and that should definitely be treated but I don't think anyone who doesn't have any health problems should be taunted for it I have 26 teeth (I am fully grown adult) and thus have gaps obviously although I have no health issue and I used to be very insecure till 20 but now I am fine with it. Ppl have commented some things few times but most of thd ppl saud they don't even really notice until I tell them
