Exactly, doesn't just apply to service animals. Even if it is a normal pet still need owner's permission.

@@tetsuclawespecially since you don’t know that animals past. My brother had a dog that was terrified of me cause his previous owner who was the same build abused him. It took months of work (and lots of treats ) just to get him to trust me even a little bit

If the police ask you if you want to press charges, you need to know that it won't cost you a dime! Don't let someone get away with doing you harm because you think you can't afford it. The state pays for prosecution.

It may not cost ya in legal fees, but unless your employer is cool, you will lose wages while going to court. Especially bad if the defense goes with the motion for continuance strategy to try and frustrate ya into submission.

Story 3: please stop thinking you need money to press charges!!!
When you do not pursue justice, Karen wins.
OP should have pressed charges and then find a lawyer that works on contingency.
Again…stop thinking you need money to press charges….

that second story, those "karens" are so full of themselves that they even care that someone else bought the items for them, is STILL technically theirs as they stolen nothing by law, and if they want their sandwiches their way so bad, they buy their own ingredients, if they've been trying that in walmart or wherever store the shop to, and got banned for having the same attitude, then good luck getting them delivered to their homes then.

S3: Meh. Sorry but an emotional support dog is not a service dog. That's the reason why op didn't press charges because a real service dog is considered medical equipment. I lost interest when op didn't press charges. Op would be helping to create a paper trail by charging karen, so that even when karen is released there will be a record of previous charges and violations that she committed. Charges hold up when the complainant files a formal accusation against the assailant.

Service ect dog or not you never grab or pet a dog until owner gives a go ahead as you never know if the dog has trama or sutch also it’s unspoken protocol as well
