Chinese data itself is unreliable. Further, so many banks are facing runs there in 2022, because of low repayment capacity of common population. This is forcing their banks to accept rice, etc as repayment options. Don’t why Chinese call themselves communist yet cannot write off debts of the poor 🤦

Debt koi jyada matter nahi karta hai economy growth karna hai to debt to lena hi hoga . Jaise jaise koi country developing se developed hoti hai uska debt badhna hi hai chahe jo bhi country ho . Sabhi developed nation ka debt bahut jyada hai .China ka debt bhi bahut tezi se grow ho raha hai . Future me india ke upar bhi ek large scale ka debt hoga jab yeh developed country list me hoga. Japan ka debt to uski economy ka 266% hai

Treasury bills are issued at a discount to original value and the buyer gets the original value upon maturity. It would greatly impact the economy and people in the U.S. A default would increase interest rates, which could then increase prices and contribute to inflation. The stock market would also suffer, as U.S. investments would not be seen as safe as they once were, especially if the U.S. credit rating was downgraded. The dollar's value could collapse, and the U.S. economy would most likely sink back into recession.
