  • Upon our arrival in Madrid, we head straight to our apartment hotel (SmartRental Gran Vía 47) to share a quick tour of this beautiful space along the famous shopping street. We head out in the hot weather and grab dinner, followed by thev well-known Spanish treat, churros dipped in hot chocolate! We end the day and walk around the area, only to find ourselves in a couple of Zara stores.

In Gran Via street, 10 min walk from your hotel, there is a restaurant called Vinitus (Gran Via 4), it's the same menu as La Flauta! they come from the same company group/owner 😄

Thank you so much for sharing.
Did you ever think that the city was built with colonial wealth? All these nice buildings were built for wealthy people. Same in the very small Portugal that once claimed half of all the seas and oceans.

I thought that if each of you learned a different language, you could communicate in four languages. 😉
