If you're under 50/100 radiation power u will not get the small attack buff or beam fire inflict
Monsterverse Godzilla does not breath fire lol. The reason G21's atomic breath is blue is because it's made up of Cherenkov radiation, which is blue. Also MV Godzilla's atomic breath NEVER burns the opponent. It pulverizes weak opponent but pushes strong opponents back.
