To avoid getting the post op vans mission you can call your moc, terrorbyte, avenger... any vehicle that is big enough and park it just outside the business where the vans spawn, by doing so you can only get the planes, choppers, boats or 1 big truck.
Its best to make a habit of disbanding from MC as soon as possible after a sell mission or resupplying. I just use the Arcade, become MC president, resupply everything from the PC and disband instantly then you dont need to be sidetracked by raids
2 post op vans as a solo player is possible I have done it, but i wouldn't recommend as its very difficult and you need to drive very good to avoid npcs slowing u down.

You’ll need to own the MC Businesses in order to run the nightclub effectively so I would buy the MC businesses first. I’d only focus on the Coke Lockup, the meth Lab, and the Counterfeit Cash Factory since those are the ones you’ll need for the nightclub.
The nighclub literally works with the MC businesses so you definitely should buy the mc businesses first, if have a nightclub with no MC businesses you nightclub is like 20% efficient

Cluckin Bell Replay Glitch + Dr.Dre contract is my go to. Whenever the V pops up for the on the map for the Cluckin Bell do it right away, do the glitch for it. then continue on the Dr.Dre contract. The cluckin bell glitch works on ps4
You can't go off the map on Mc sale missions. My advice is do invite only. It's 800k to 1 million per sale that's plenty of money. Also there are single car sale missions or something easy like boat if you don't mind reloading
I can't pass up the 50% bonus especially x2 event weeks sold cola earlier in full lobby and you get 1,575m, that's the same as bunker which you could sell atleast 4 times before bunker fills up

The Best afk method without spenind money on apartments is to go to the LS car MEET and then hold down your left button on your mouse.
you can also go to the casino horse bets, and just stay on the menu screen

Nightclubs are great the passive income can’t be beat and the selling missions are easy too especially once you upgrade your vehicle and armor
