The scary thing is this "anti fragile/coddle" ideology has started to seep into the real world. I've interacted with several individuals (who have graduated recently) who look down at debate. They see anyone who doesn't conform to the accepted group think (on any subject) as attacking them. Unfortunately this seems to be majority of people under 30.

The sheer amount of corporate buzzword world salad spewed within the first 30 seconds is truly nauseating.
