Yes I agreed and Gambians too deserve nice and spacious buildings.Pls tell the property owner or contractor to adjust the height of the next houses to be built .
Hello! Thank you so much for your video! American here with family in The Gambia interested in purchasing property there. Thank you so much for providing this information, very helpful!
Hi good day Desimber, we are happy to be of assistance to you throught this video. If you can, please email us at queenjodiandap@gmail.com for more info.
Wow. Wow, wow, love this. Gambia is coming up they are building everywhere. I see you Gambia 🤎 But really love the design on this townhouses is beautiful. Do they have security too.
Very nice townhouses. As a New Yorker who loves looking at real estate and someone who may look to one day moving out of NY, what sold me on the townhouse was the garage or what you referred to as a carport, the "book nook" under the stairs, the ensuite bathrooms and the large space. What bothered me was how close my neigbors were across the way - they're able to look into my bedrooms from the balconies and vice versa. Generally speaking, and IMHO, Americans tend to look for certain things when it comes to houses and apartments. These are, in no particular order: a) private parking a.k.a. garage; b) modern kitchen with lots of counter space, lots of cabinet space above the counters and under the counter storage drawers; c) many power outlets for lighting, personal electronics and computers, electric appliances (in the kitchen), in the bathrooms (hair dryers, electric toothbrushes and shavers); d) high ceilings at least 9 feet (2.75 m); e) good layout/floorplan or what I call "flow"; f) bonus is a "powder room" a.k.a. half a bath a.k.a. water closet with sink on the first or ground floor; g) good ventilation in the kitchen and bathrooms; and h) privacy from their neighbors. One problem I saw immediately with these townhouses is the lack of privacy. Here you have beautiful entries and front patios, and balconies but your neighbors can "see" and hear whatever is happening outside or inside your home. That is a major downside. Americans, generally, like a bit more space from their neighbors across the street. If I may, I will advise you to mention a little bit to potential American buyers/renters the following housing standards in The Gambia (and parts of West Africa that I've seen): a) built in closets are not usual; b) major kitchen appliances are not always included; c) tile floors are the norm in hot climates; d) high walls with security cameras are not normal in the US; e) kitchens have doors for additional ventilation. I'm glad I found your channel. Excellent videos. I'll continue to watch with interest. 👍
Really nice housing although I prefer a single family house with some land. These are nice for people who don’t need a yard. Looks like what I’d find here in the U.S. suburbs.
Lovely. I did not see any western closets and the bathroom does not have a separate shower stall but I might be wrong since work is still in progress. Thank you family.
@@ATSdream If you listened carefully, it was stated western style. Western style and amenities are being built in homes in Gambia and other countries on the continent as well if you're not aware.

I agree, if only blacks were producing more of these top quality items. Also can you imagine if other blacks went and support them no matter the cost because they know it will go back to their community? That's would be so awesome. 🥰🥰

Very nicely done. very good quality. But But be very careful about fire safety. The walk is too narrow for a Fire engine especially if someone decide to park his 4x4 in front of his unit. well done to him.
i love watching your videos and seeing the different styles of homes but what you was calling a carport is a garage there is a difference. Most carports are detached from the house and do not have walls. just thought i would let you know but i love your videos

From seeing these beautiful houses, how does the builder expect the owners to park their cars in those garages? I might not understand, but the space looks too small to drive in with a car and park. How does one go in and out? Perhaps I can't appreciate the space between the houses from watching on TV but I do think putting the garages is a waste because they can't be used. Especially if the owners have big cars.
Here in the USA you can buy them an some people buy them an RENT them out I'm live in the USA And would not rent are buy one of them the set up is not right at all
No consideration for intimacy in the way they are all facing each other... They did not take into consideration the culture and religion of the Gambia trying to copy Americans and another thing, what are they gonna do with those wires on the top floor corridor?!!!
