- Hyundai Creta 2024 facelift has finally gone on sale in India at a starting price of Rs 11 lacs. Since it's a mid-life update, the Creta has received several design and feature changes along with the introduction of new 1.5-litre Turbocharged engine that made its debut with new-gen Verna. In this video, we tell you everything about the updated Creta covering all the changes.

Agree with you I also personally never liked the second generation till date. As you rightly said after seeing so many you become used to it. It seems Hyundai have become experts in spoiling good looks of their hot selling cars with every new generation case in point the latest generation i20 and verna.

You are absolutely right lot of people not gone for Creta with outgoing model only due to design issue.... Now they have corrected their Hot selling product 👍🏻👍🏻
Seltos looks much better than creta and also has fog lamp,seltos front grill design is also best to protect radiator from unwanted things.
Seltos was always a better product than creta. Creta sold more due to its name otherwise seltos is a much better product
Seltos get power adjust driver seat. Missed in creta.
Seltos look great.. only risk is SAFETY..
But seltos diesel don't get in proper manual

@@NocturnalEngineer95 bro even we wanted grand vitara but its front look is very boring...it does not have enough power as it is hybrid and even its interior is very boring...it lacks many features....it has same infotainment screen as that of Baleno.....and even sunrays enter through its sunroof because they used very cheap kind of cloth....

I don't know why hyundai don't give fog lamp.... it's very useful specially when you opt for base varient where u have halogen set up for headlight which is less powerful than the LED... they should give the housing of fog lamp at least
Cost cutting newly companies have started, surprisingly tata is the only one that's giving dedicated fog lamps with such design language

The design is good and yes if you want all premium features in naturally aspirated engine this is the one..looks is a suv look and suspension is very good

Classic Hyundai, cutting corners were it is important, the tyres got even skinnier

Front grill gap is major flaw, cleaning in city like Mumbai is challenging

Agree with you.. Creta outgoing model look bad, this new launch looks much better.. I am cancelling my Hyryder booking ( tired of waiting for delivery ) and going for Creta after seeing it in the Showroom. But, can you explain what is IVT all about ? It is better than IMT the terminology which Hyundai was selling all these days?? Is it betetr than CVT which is very popular among Honda cars ?
IVT is a subset of CVT mainly the coding is different
Consider it a CVT only, just different naming convention used by Hyundai!
I still like the look of creta in Indonesian market as it looks like a baby tucson.. This one is also not bad and definitely LOT better than the 2nd gen as you said.
What I really hate about this one is the grey interior and I think I've to go with the n-line just for the black interior 🤣

Hi…hope u r doing well. Request if u can suggest what will be the value for money variant and better buy between seltox HTX and HTK + 1.5 turbo imt? Also since new creta S(O)has come is it similar or any better in terms of value, quality and drivability than seltos model HTX?. I understand looks are subjective but what according to you is a better product in terms of drivability?
The MG Astor is very underrated and seems to be the most VFM in this segment while also being safe.
Chinese products are generally best vfm cuz most of the cost cutting is hidden and sometimes gov subsidises those companies.
However, I will stay away from Chinese cars

Being Sletos HTX owner having no service centre in 100km vicinity we choose seltos primarily for it's up market better than European design & creta was really awfull at that time even i didn't like 2ndgen creta but only thing that i miss was panoramic sunroof which is boon in himachal as it add ambience & sunlight.. second hyundai service centre which is just 7km away from my home.. but now with updated design language i think i ll consider creta over new seltos..
PS : still my seltos is just too good in terms of looks

Slight slope to the roof kind of messes the proportions. A bit big on front, and fizzles out by the time we reach C pillar. Could have been better..

I agree with you I personally feel the 2nd generation creta is ugly to look at. I prefer 1st Generation anyday over 2nd. The new facelift looking very futuristic much better than current version.

Previous design was much better and the best of all. This new ones front facelift has so huge gaps purely costcutting of materials 😅. On highways ur whole radiator & condensor will be clogged with dust mud and insects 👌. Indians ko kuch bhi chep dete hai aur wahi Indians leke khush rehte hai 😂. Damn

its an ugly design philosophy for sure, coupling with the laziness of the designers. same clutter and 10 times more busy and cramming lots and lots of things on the face. Cost cutting is a different topic, but yes, "they" make good looking cars for themselves, and kaam chalau farzi designs for indians, and no one complains.

Front looks like venye rear looks like fronx to me. Loved the interiors previously aswell and its no different now aswell, tho I don't like the idea of making the buttons piano black aswell since they are fingerprint magnets. Overall its a good car and hope they did some structural changes to improve passenger safety.
This is the problem with most car influencers, if a car has touch features then you ask for buttons and if there are buttons then it doesn't go with the over all design n look outdated.. 🤷♂️
They can design it better check out the buttons of new kia sonet
