Q1) sir in example at around 8:00 where daughter signs release deed..so shouldnt law of estoppel bar her from claiming the share as it was held in JUMMA MASJID case 1962,SC. Suppose daughter did this to dodge the father and mother so estoppel should bar her from claiming the share i.e intention should be important to be analysed? Q2) sir its written when a claim of mesne right is merged with a decree then it becomes validly assignable or mesne right become transferrable. What it means?
My question on 10k moorer? @11:43 Sir agar chance par based hai toh condition fulfillment honey par toh valid contract ho jayega na. Also, builder bhi contract karwata hai for flats under construction.
