Yes! Indeed. I love popcorn cooked in bacon grease. I don’t have a Blackstone and this is first time I’ve seen popcorn done on a flat top. I have often done it on the stove top in a skillet. But the bacon taste is subtle. I’ve never added actual bacon crumbles.

Here's an idea though how about you pop the pop corn then take equal part bacon grease and butter and toss the popcorn and see if the bacon flavor will be more pronounced... after all you ain't going to eating this every week well at least I hope so LOL 😂😂.
