After completing your degree you need to get GDC registration and then keep applying for job on indeed. It depends what are you doing if you’re doing Bsc DT then you can’t work as hygienist.

First get register with hcpc. Being register with hcpc provides more chances to get job in UK and then keep applying for job.

Brother first thing is just keep applying for jobs it’s not easy to get job because people from across the world apply for jobs in uk so really competitive. Keep in mind that things take time and you need to apply each and every single job.
Secondly if you are sending them emails they are not gona reply to you instead of that you need to search for jobs on indeed there are lots of jobs advertised apply there.
