Sadly This kind of incident is prominent in most of the boarding schools and I think there should be a proper investigation in every school and there should be formation of an anti-ragging committee in every school...
There must be à reason why there is not à permanent warden. The senior students are threatening warden or the senior administration doesn't support warden if there is any incidents in the school. So that can be the reason why warden are not staying. Regarding traumatise, they have been traumatise long time. If some news reporter or whoever comes to school and brings hope of some changes they would rather feel positive instead of traumatise. All the parents should come and take action. Those senior students who is responsible of ragging should be punished severely. They should instead be traumatise by taking some severe actions. I might be late in commenting but it makes me very disturbed because due to few indisciplined students could end up many smart and intelligent other students who dreams of acheiving something. Public of Arunachal Pradesh should ask the state government, what are you doing, why are busy in counting money which you have earn easily, and should ask why state government neglecting the sports academy which is only one sports academy in our state. Why, why, why ????
