Currently reading These Violence Delight and the historical elements Is done SO WELL. Also I can relate to a lot of juliette's struggles regarding to connecting to her home culture after spending so much of her life abroad as well :)
@@texasgirls1651 I haven't listened to the audiobook, so I can't say! I read it physically, and absolutely loved it, but I'm also not a HUGE audiobook listener
Historical fantasies are my favorite type in the genre. By taking an era and expand on it and introducing a rogue element like magic, a secret society or a mythical creature lurking the streets at night and you got yourself a great read in the making. If you looking for some recommendations, try the Malediction trilogy by Danielle L Jensen. Set in 18th French with trolls and a red haired singer and amazing enemies to lovers romance~
The Hypnos-Enrique-Zofia triangle is also my favorite part of The Silvered Serpents. But of course Roshani Chokshi's overall writing is really just amazing
I’m beyond excited about all of these😍🤩 Historical fantasy is an amazing genre and I always want more of it! I highly recommend The Winternight Trilogy by Katherine Arden- the first book is The Bear and the Nightingale- it’s an incredibly atmospheric, realistic, and beautifully written historical fantasy set in winter medieval Russia 💙 The Gilded Wolves is coming soon on my December TBR and I can’t wait!!!
I really want to pick up Rebel Rose, I have always loved stories that take place "after the happily ever after". Addie LaRue is fantastic, I agree about wanting a few things differently but it is also one of my favorite books of the year I think! I am excited to pick up These VIolent Delights soon too!
i thought the gilded wolves was good, but the silvered serpents was AMAZING in my opinion. i don’t usually like to compare books in a series but i genuinely think tss outshone tgw. the angst and emotions at play omg.....
i recently read wolf by wolf by ryan graudin and i loved it sooo much, definitely my favorite read of the year! i'm surprised i haven't heard much about it until recently; it follows a face shifter set in a world where hitler wins ww2 and i would definitely recommend it if you haven't read it yet :D i'm currently reading lovely war and i'm super excited to read these violent delights soon too!!
Hey, Jenene!!! Please let me know the spelling of your name. I'm currently reading These Violent Delights. I'm really loving it so far. I will be reading The Invisible Life Of Addie LaRue. I'm about to order Rebel Rose. Great video!!!😊😊😊

I’ve been telling every single person in my life to read Addie LaRue. I loved it so so so much
Does addie laRue have romance?
Would it be better to listen to it now or wait to get the book and read it 🤔
@@ridsasim4685 There is a romance, yes, but I wouldn't say that the story is necessarily a romance.

It’s in the description box as well;)
I agreed with the ending of Addie Larue
You should read and I darken it is a historical fiction
